On the Reports tab, the Progress reports allow teachers to monitor their students’ writing progress over the course of the school year.

Average Monthly Scores Report

The Average Monthly Scores report displays the average total score for individual students and the class, by month, for the current school year.

The monthly data displayed in the chart below the table can be filtered using the drop-down menus.

There are selections for chart category and writing genre.

Click on Advanced Filtering to display additional chart filters. 

You can choose to display all three years of available score data, or filter for only the current or previous years’ data. You can also choose to display score averages for Last Drafts, First Drafts, or All Drafts.

To view individual progress data and trends for a particular student, click on the student’s name in the Average Monthly Scores table. The same filters are available for the individual student data, allowing the same options for progress analysis.
