The modeling feature in MI Write allows teachers to model writing for their students.

1. Click your initials at the top of the page to display a drop-down menu.

You can also access this feature option under Shortcuts on the Home page.

2. Choose View as Student. A demo student account opens that looks and functions like an actual student account. You can model how to navigate in and use MI Write to plan and write essays, as well as demonstrate other features available to students, such as Lessons and Reports. 

       Click on your initials to return to your teacher course page.

3. On the Writing tab, your demo student account allows you to model for your students the steps in the writing process from planning to publishing, including the critically important revision process. 

4. Click the demo student’s initials, and choose View as Teacher in the drop-down menu to return to your teacher 
   Home page.
