In MI Write Reports, the Administrator tab delivers a high-level overview of overall activity.

The Performance reports allow administrators to monitor essay scores by trait and total score and by writing genre at the school and course levels.

The School Holistic and Trait Scores by Course report displays the average scores for each writing trait and total score, calculated using the most recent draft score for each essay.

• Click the School drop-down menu to view data for a different school in the district. 
• Click the drop-down menu above the chart to display all scores or scores for specific writing traits.
• To print or download, click the three dots displayed at the top right of the table.

The School Holistic and Trait Scores by Genre report displays the average scores, by school, in each course categorized by individual trait scores in each genre. 

• To print or download, click the three dots displayed at the top right of the table.

The School Average Genre Scores by Course report sorts the average essay scores for each course by writing genre.

• Click the drop-down menu above the chart to display all genres, a specific genre, or the average.
• To print or download, click the three dots displayed at the top right of the table.
